I was a full-time writer and reporter for MTV News from June 2010 to February 2011 before running off to do this. As the weekend and late-night reporter, I covered breaking news that couldn’t wait until the top of the work week and the after-hours lunacy of your favorite stars.

I got Justin Bieber  to dish on his love life, and Juelz Santana kept it real about his legal drama. Lupe Fiasco revealed some of the magic behind some of Kanye West’s production, and Swizz Beatz chopped it up about some of his super friends. 

And during the Grammys, the CMAs, the VMAs, the EMAs, the Emmys and more, I was furiously typing away, chronicling the hitmakers and highlights.
